And wha...Your post so grabbed me, I read it twice. And what fabulous reads! First, I miss SA's delicious foods so much my mouth watered when I read your shopping comments. And, yes, stick a broom in the soil in the highveld and you'll have more brooms, the soil is so lucious (and the scenery gorgeous), but, not to slight the Cape, pretty, too. You being followed raised my eyebrows. It seems too amateur to cause alarm but I'd document just the same. (I was followed for awhile when we lived in Kenya, probably KID, can be a bit unnerving, which was the intent, I told myself; the following stopped after a couple weeks.)
